About

How can we bring embodiment to the practice of meditation and allow our full vitality and joyful exploration be present? How can we be rooted in ourselves, while listening and open to what is calling us in the world?

The many crises in the world are demanding our attention – sickness, war and the great climate emergency that the whole world will need to face.

How can we all find ways of being in the world that respect our interconnectedness, based in listening to what is needed, without being crushed by the sorrow around. Is there still room for joy and vitality?

Using improvisation and reflection we explore a way of practicing that does not withdraw from the world, but allows us to be alive in the midst of sorrow and joy. We can find ways to participate and offer ourselves.

This event is led at the beautiful Nottingham Buddhist Centre. Please get in touch with them directly here to book.
