Every moment we ourselves are fresh new and unrepeatable - how amazing!
Maybe we don't notice that all the time - but is it possible to live from that - become new every moment - not from our own efforts but from connecting deeply with the world around us: nature, other people, cars, houses, birds and traffic jams....
Can we live more as a continuous dance with all of that?
This day workshop will invite us to try this out! We will explore with exercises of body and mind, on our own and interacticely, which will lead on to meditation. We will work inside as well as out in the world - park or streets, sunshine or rain. Let's be real with our practice! Somatic work - being present in our body - gives us a more stable basis for our lives.
